When are the WORSHIP SERVICES?
Sunshine offers a strong combination of solid biblical teaching and dynamic worship each weekend. Rev. Jonathan Grills, our Pastor, delivers the messages and our praise team leads worship.
Worship services are held throughout the week and many of our messages can be found on our Sermons page. When you have an opportunity, please take time to listen to a few that we have posted. We truly feel that you will be blessed!
What is SUNDAY SCHOOL?
Sunday School offers, for visitors and members alike, an opportunity to meet new people in a small-group setting and grow deeper in their faith. Classes are offered for both children and adults.
Do you offer CHILDCARE?
Sunshine’s Children’s Ministry is growing and becoming stronger, offering services for students and children each week! In addition to Sunday morning and evening worship, we offer a new Wednesday evening Bible Club.
Do I have to join your church or know about the Bible to visit SUNDAY SCHOOL or the WORSHIP SERVICES?
No! Our groups are open to anyone who wishes to attend. If you don’t have a Bible, we will provide you with one.
Will I be asked to do anything (like PRAY), or answer questions that I may not know?
We will not ask you personal questions, or ask you to do anything that would possibly embarrass you. We do welcome you to join in discussion, if you desire, even on your first visit.
What should I WEAR?
You will find our members welcome you without regard to your dress. Most people wear business casual or coat and tie to Sunday morning services. Sunday and Wednesday evening are more casual.
How do I JOIN?
"So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another." Romans 12:5
Sunshine is a family of believers in Jesus Christ. You can become a member of Sunshine in one of four ways:
- Accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior and being baptized by immersion
- If you have already accepted Jesus, but have not been baptized by immersion, then by following Him in believer's baptism
- Transfer of membership by letter from another Southern Baptist Church
- Statement of having previously accepted Christ and experienced baptism by immersion as a member of another Baptist or Bible church
