Welcome to Sunshine Baptist! We are a dynamic community of faith, hope, and love, and exist to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ. We invite you to discover God's joy and peace in your life, and share in touching people in our community and world through biblical teaching, service, and life-changing ministries.

Through our web site, we hope you will gain some insight into the ministry of our church.God is creating a wonderful environment where we are developing, growing and strengthening in five areas: worship, discipleship, stewardship, fellowship and relationship. Through this web site, we want you to catch a glimpse of the wonderful things God is doing at Sunshine. God calls us to make disciples who can transform their particular settings by the power and presence of the Holy Spirit.

Prayer List:
Please remember everyone on our Prayer List. The Lord knows their needs and we are confident that he will bless them according to His will. If someone needs to be added or removed, let us know. Ladies Meeting:
The Sunshine Ladies Meetings feature a Bible lesson and great fellowship. We invite all of the ladies of our church to attend, along with any interested visitor. Everyone is welcome! The next meeting will be on Thursday, July 22nd at 6:30 pm. For more information, please contact Lessie Huff at 573-5744 or Karen Grills at 573-2078.

Vacation Bible School:
We will be having Vacation Bible School here at Sunshine Baptist Church the last week of July (July 26-30) from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. We will have a special service on Sunday evening, July 25th for the kids to kick off Bible School. We will have refreshments and other activities on that night. Please begin now inviting children to come. Teana Burns is our Bible School director. If you would like to help in this year's program, please see Teana.

Building Renovations Underway:
As you probably noticed we are in the process of doing some much need work to the exterior of our church. We are now painting the outside due to not being able to remove paint and other blemishes. We hope to complete the painting, replace the roofing, guttering, replace windows in rear of church and do other improvements to make our church the best that it can be. We hope to have this completed in the next couple of weeks. Please be patient!
